Trucker caps are versatile and fit almost any occasion. A 100% polyester front and 100% nylon mesh weave back make these hats super durable through regular wear and tear. They come in one size with an adjustable plastic snap closure: 22.8″ (58cm). The cap’s front has six rows of visor stitching.
Care instructions: Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It’s not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Technology & Inks
Trucker caps are printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology. This process involves printing a design onto a PET film with a coating that facilitates transfer. Water-based inks and a special powder adhesive are used, and the design is heat transferred to the hats using a heat press machine.
Quality Control
Quality control is managed through Duplium’s custom-designed Order Processing System, which includes multiple checkpoints and verifications. This process features a 3-step print quality confirmation—during the printing stage, upon finished order collection, and in the QC Filter System before packaging and shipping. Duplium’s quality control process benefits from decades of production experience within an ISO environment.
Packaging Control
Hats are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes to ensure they are well-protected during transit.
