Technology & Inks
Taylor uses a full-color, high-definition digital direct-to-glass printing method with the help of “InkCups” print equipment. Digital printing is the process in which digital ink is applied directly onto the glass substrate without the need for transfer paper, a heat press, or screens, resulting in a beautiful, full-color graphic.
Quality Control
All drinkware is inspected prior to print to ensure top quality. Once printed, press operators review the print quality and inspect the drinkware again. The product is then passed on to the packaging team, who performs a final quality check by verifying that the job information matches the finished piece before placing it into protective packaging for shipment. If the print or product quality fails verification, the order is returned to press to start the process again.

The glasses are packaged in secure cardboard boxes for protection during shipment.
