They use water-based pigment inks that are non-hazardous, non-toxic, ECO PASSPORT by OKEO-TEX® certified, and CPSIA compliant. The ink comes in innovative packaging with replaceable pouches, reducing plastic waste and environmental impact. The printed garment is designed to sustain multiple washings and maintain its integrity over time.
Quality Control
Quality control is implemented through Duplium’s custom-designed Order Processing System, featuring multiple checkpoints and verifications. This includes a 3-step print quality confirmation process—at the printing stage, during finished order collection, and in the QC Filter System before packaging and shipping. Their quality control process is based on decades of production experience in an ISO environment.
Packaging Control
Hats are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes to ensure protection during transit.
